The Macula Society is pleased to announce that the 35th Anniversary Meeting will be held June 11-15, 2012 at The David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel.

Unlike the meetings of most societies there are no exhibitors. However, our supporters have the opportunity to attend all Scientific Sessions as well as participate in all extracurricular activities (including breaks, breakfast, dinners and independently signing up for optional tours) with our members. The meeting is open only to Macula Society members, co-authors and supporter’s representatives.

The meeting begins late Monday afternoon with an Imaging Case Conference followed by a Welcome dinner at the David Citadel Hotel. The Scientific Sessions begin Tuesday and continue through Friday from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Scientific Sessions include high quality presentations followed by discussions, Macula Society award presentations, and the 2nd bi-annual Michaelson Macula Society Lecture and Award. A special Gala dinner and tours will be held for all attendees Thursday evening at the Israel Museum.

Your company will be acknowledged for their category of support in the printed Scientific Program as well as the Macula Society Membership Directory. This will also be included on a thumb drive given to all participants. If you are patron at Ruby level and above, your corporate logo and a link to your company’s website from our website, www.maculasociety.org, will be posted. We welcome the opportunity to discuss special means of recognition that can be customized to your company’s needs. We appreciate you taking the time to review the 2012 corporate form and levels of support which are enclosed in this mailing.

This meeting is jointly sponsored for continuing medical education credit with the Medical College of Wisconsin. The Office of Continuing and Professional Education strictly enforces all corporate policies and procedures and standards of the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).  Please call the Office at (414) 955-4900 for more information or questions concerning the ACCME Standards for Commercial support.
